Applying it to a matter requires examining its facts, documentation, dates and relevant legislation. Checking these pages does not create a professional commission.
The cases and rulings discussed do not guarantee an equivalent result in other procedures nor do they themselves provide evidence of the firm's actions in case law cases. The fact sheets identify their sources and should be read with subsequent reforms and criteria.
It uses the website legally, without interfering with its operation or accessing other people's information. Texts, images and other contents belong to their respective owners; their use must respect the authorizations and legal limits.

Check the availability for criminal matters and review the modality, duration, total price and conditions shown before confirming.
If the reservation includes a payment, it is made on the external platform indicated during that process. These pages do not collect card data. A consultation does not by itself involve the assignment of representation or defence in a procedure: scope, additional fees and conditions must be agreed with the office. The legal guarantees of consumers are maintained.
