Last updated: 3 November from 2026.
This information concerns the Penal.info information pages and the management of contacts and consultations. The General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and the Organic Law 3/2018 (ZLOPDGDD) apply.

What data is used and why
- Contact: identification and contact details that you provide to respond to your request and prepare the requested query.
- Reservations and service: the data necessary to arrange an appointment, manage changes, provide the consultation and fulfil the obligations associated with the professional relationship.
- Invoice: the data required when a service is contracted and invoiced.
- Navigation: technical connection information necessary to serve the pages and attend to the safety and incidences of the service.
These pages do not offer user registration or a form of their own to upload files. The search engine and filters allow you to locate public content; they are not a channel for sending personal data or case documentation. Card data is not entered into Penal.info.
Provide only the necessary information. The channel for the delivery of legal documents and data of other persons shall be agreed with the office. When starting a professional relationship, the specific information relevant to the processing of the file shall be provided.
Legal basis
Requests and reservations are managed to meet the previous measures you request and, if you contract, to execute the service. Invoicing and other obligations are based on the applicable rules. Technical safety is based on the legitimate interest of maintaining service and preventing incidents. If further treatment requires consent, it shall be requested separately and may be withdrawn.
The information required to respond or reserve is necessary to manage that request. The functionalities of these pages do not make automated decisions with legal effects or advertising profiles.
For how long
Contact details are kept as long as necessary to resolve the request. Those of a professional relationship are maintained during their management and subsequently during the applicable legal and liability periods, with the appropriate blocking. Those deadlines are hereby deleted. Technical data are limited to the time required for the operation, safety and resolution of incidents.
Reservations, payments and recipients
Booking links open Cal.com in the professional calendar also used by Matrimonialistas. If you include collection, review the provider and the conditions shown in the process; the dispatch information identifies Stripe as your payment provider. The office uses the details of the appointment and, where appropriate, of the payment to manage the consultation.
Technical providers necessary for the service may intervene with the corresponding guarantees, and authorities may intervene where there is a legal obligation. The external services explain their treatments and international transfer mechanisms; it should not be understood that all data remain exclusively in Spain.
Refer to privacy of Cal.com ↗, her ↗ treatment agreement and the privacy of Stripe ↗. You can contact the office to know the guarantees applicable to your reservation.
How to exercise your rights
You can request access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation and portability where appropriate, as well as guarantees against automated decisions. If a treatment is based on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting what was done lawfully before.

Cookies and browsing preferences

Search and form text, URL query parameters, fragments and referring page addresses are not sent. Google Ireland Limited provides Analytics in the EEA; the service may involve international transfers subject to the safeguards published by Google.
The necessary local storage entry penal-consent-v1 remembers your choice and its date for 180 days. Only after acceptance are _ga and _ga_* cookies allowed, with a configured lifetime of up to 180 days and no automatic renewal. You can withdraw consent using “Cookie settings” in the footer: the tag is disabled and accessible Analytics cookies for the domain are deleted. You can also clear site data in your browser.
